(SULAWESI) Regional Geology of Southeast Arm Field Trip, Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi
Kendari is an exotic region in Sulawesi. Its nature is shaped by the flakes of the Australian continent stranded by complex tectonic events. In this fieldtrip, participants will see the various rock formations that were formed far away in the Australian continent but have now become an integral part of the island of Sulawesi. Audience will be also guided to local tourism destinations in Kendari and Bokori island.
