GIS: Geospatial Analysis for Petroleum Exploration
This training is intended for participants who are new to or have never been exposed to GIS (Geographic Information System). After completing this training, participants will have the ability to create, process, manage, and analyze spatial data or digital maps according to geodetic and cartographic standards. In addition, participants will apply GIS methods in the field of petroleum exploration.

Composite Common Risk Segment (CCRS) mapping
The trainer has extensive professional experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and the petroleum industry. With more than 20 years of experience in GIS consulting and training, he has worked on various spatial analysis projects across multiple sectors, including environmental and forestry management, oil and gas, coal mining, governmental urban planning, conservation areas, and radioactive waste management, utilizing a wide range of advanced GIS software. In addition, he brings over 10 years of experience in the petroleum industry as an Exploration and New Ventures Geologist, with strong expertise in Play-Based Exploration, including the development of EOD/GDE maps, Play Chance maps, Prospect Success Ratio maps, and Composite Common Risk Segment (CCRS) maps. He has also produced Yet-To-Find (YTF) maps for block ranking and conducted petroleum system assessments across several Indonesian basins using GIS-based analysis.
