(KALIMANTAN) Petroleum Geology of Berau Basin Field Trip, Berau - Derawan, East Kalimantan
Berau Basin is one of the sedimentary basins of major oil and gas producers in Kalimantan Island. Other than its oil& gas prospect, this region is also famous for the presence of its very beautiful coral reefs down the coast. This field trip invites the participants to visit key locations to learn about the Berau Basin formation and to visit the process of modern coral reefs formation. The audience will be also guided to local tourism destinations in Berau and Derawan Island, Indonesia
