Monitoring Plan of Development (POD)

Course Objective

To equip participants with practical and analytical skills to effectively monitor, evaluate, and optimize the execution of an approved Plan of Development (POD), ensuring alignment between subsurface performance, facilities readiness, budget realization, regulatory compliance, and production targets.
