Experienced in well intervention operation management covering engineering, on-site operation supervision, drilling & wells safety methods, personnel recruitment and training, competency development, and well integrity. Extensive exposure to drilling engineering and operations, well completion, well integrity systems including SSV and SSSV, wellhead and Christmas tree valve integrity, production engineering and operations, gas lift and ESP design. Strong focus on Safety, Health, Environment, economic evaluation, cost reduction, production targets, project effectiveness, timely execution, and alignment with company business objectives. Also experienced in tender processes including preparation of technical specifications, project budgeting and financial proposals, scheduling, bid documentation, bid evaluation, bid awarding, and contract agreement management.
