Penjelasan akan disampaikan dari berbagai sudut pandang, baik perspektif Barat (Occidental) maupun Timur (Oriental).<\/p><p><strong>Pengantar Manajemen Risiko<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Gambaran umum manajemen risiko di berbagai industri<\/li><li>Mengapa manajemen risiko penting<\/li><li>Memahami ketidakpastian dan variabilitas<\/li><li>Pengantar konsep manajemen risiko<\/li><\/ul><p>Hari kedua akan berfokus pada penerapan manajemen risiko dan konsep risiko dari berbagai perspektif. Diskusi kelas akan membahas permasalahan nyata di dunia kerja, termasuk bagaimana manajer dan insinyur memandang serta menginterpretasikan data.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Hari 2<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Sistem Manajemen Risiko<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Proses manajemen risiko<\/li><li>Tingkatan dalam manajemen risiko<\/li><li>Identifikasi bahaya (hazard identification)<\/li><li>Pengelolaan ketidakpastian dan variabilitas<\/li><\/ul><p>Pada hari ketiga, seluruh elemen yang telah dipelajari akan diintegrasikan sehingga peserta dapat memahami cara mengidentifikasi, mengukur (kuantifikasi), dan mengelola risiko, serta memahami penggunaan alat manajemen risiko baik kualitatif maupun kuantitatif. Materi juga mencakup aspek administrasi, operasional, dan manajerial.
